I'm back! i'm going to try super hard to keep this updated not only to help anyone who needs it but to also keep my self accountable. Since we last spoke i have gained some weight. This time last year i was 10lbs lighter and a lot leaner. Life happens and we get off track. It's time to get back on track. I just finished a 4 week carb cycle to jump start my routine but i wasn't lifting very much during that time so all i did was maintain. Today is day one of my new routine.

I am following this program because it's very similar to what i already do. Also i love Jamie Eason!
I am going to have a friend come over and take some "before" pictures for phase 1 and i will post them here. As scary as it will be to have them posted online i think it will only be more motivation for me to get my body transformed to what i want it to be. I will post for phase 2 and again at the end of phase 3.
If anyone else wants to follow this program with me, the more the merrier! Lets help motivate and inspire each other to be healthy!!!
what i ate today:
meal 1: egg white protein shake, 2 packs oatmeal, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/4c raspberries w/ truvia, green juice (kale, spinach, celery, cucumber, apple and lemon.
meal 2: 2 turkey muffins
meal 3: 2 turkey muffins, 1 cup jubilee rice, cauliflower and broccoli, BCAA drink
meal 4: orange
meal 5: (will eat in class) protein bar, 12oz water w/ lemon and truvia packet.
meal 6: (to be eaten before gym) 5 egg whites w/ spinach. BCAA pills x4 and BCAA drink during work out
post work out: egg white protein shake.
well, i'm off to class!!
