So due to the migraine that plagued me all week i only lost .5lbs last week! My nutrition was on point but i only made it to the gym twice!!! I won't see my trainer again until 1/8 due to the holidays and she has given me a 3 week program to follow which includes "homework"! And by the looks of my homework she either hates me or loves me, i haven't quite decided yet!
Now, i had contemplated a glass of wine on Christmas and one on new years eve but not it looks like i will have an alcohol free holiday! i have 3 weeks to lose 6lbs to make my weigh-in so i can't let anything get me off track! I have recommitted my self this week, so it's time to get my ass in gear if I'm going to meet my goal!

lyzardm you need to post. some people out there need yoU! what do you think about weekly posting what you have eaten, recipes you've tried and tatal caloric intake, i would love to see this info, and it would help all the people out there that don't have all the knowledge about healthy eating. just a thought! loves ya!
